QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply

2. 1-2 Years of experience in selling rotating equipments and or capital goods with proven sales track

3. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

4. Strong salesmanship, good personal approach, result oriented

5. Good negotiation and presentation skills with positives attitude

6. Optimistic, motivated and capable of handling rejection positively

7. Dedicated, discipline, have integrity and fully committed towards the company

8. Communicate confidently and effectively

9. Posses valid SIM A driving license and willing to travel across Indonesia

10. Work Location : Palembang - South Sumatera

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To sell and market the compressor air system products

2. Identify, prepare and follow up prospects and quatations

3. Attend to Costumers need and recommend suitableĀ  product and solutions to meet costumers demands and requirements

4. Meeting or exceed the sales target allocated

5. Look for new costumers to expand market base and maintain relationships with existing onesĀ 

6. Participated in product promotion activities and exhibitions

7. Perform sales reporting activities as required

8. Assist in managing costumer accounts to ensure liquidity
