General Requirements

1. Willing to relocate to Lahat and work in Rantau Dedap area.

2. Willing to work on Monday - Friday schedule basis.

3. Graduates of MIPA Faculty majoring in Chemistry (2017 – 2019)

4. Previous experience as a Lab Chemist in the geothermal industry is preferred.

5. Understand the concepts: chemical analysis qualitative and quantitative theory, lab management and operation principle, ISO 17025 Laboratory Quality Management System, Lab analysis methods.

6. Strong English communication skills for written and speaking purposes.

Job Responsibilities

1. This position responsible to administer, operate, perform and maintain the overall field chemical sampling and laboratory analysis including geoscience field survey, steam field, power plant and site facilities sampling and analysis. Provide accurate, accountable data and reporting to the power plant user and subsurface teamin timely manner with advices and recommendation as necessary or required by the user.

2. Manage and administer the site laboratory operation, maintenance and compliance.

3. Implement the laboratory and chemistry analysis support to meet the company objectives for the assigned areas of responsibility, monitors progress, and ensures that objectives are being met on time, within the approved budget and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures.

4. Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures and Maintenace Procedures, Safety Procedures and Safe Working Practices are followed when doing the activities.
